The virtual expansion session combines energy healing and brainspotting over zoom! It is a super easy way to stay on top of your healing, personal growth, and self care practices. I have hybridized the expansion session to work beautifully online. Heal from the comfort of your own home.

This is the ULTIMATE HEALING EXPERIENCE! HOLY MOTHER OF WOW! I do declare, promise and exclaim, my friends. I've been working on creating and refining this session through the pandemic and its one of the most profound things you can experience for personal and relational growth.

This session combines the therapeutic benefits of Crystal Bed Therapy Energy Healing + Brainspotting or Parts Therapy + Life Guidance.  

Ain't no joke folks. You just have to experience it for yourself. This is lightning, softened, in a session ⚡️✨😎. Some clients choose to do Expansion sessions weekly, or bi-monthly. {I also recommend booking Crystal Bed Therapy Energy Healing one week, and Brainspotting the net week!}

1 hr. - Brainspotting

1.5 hours  - Brainspotting Plus (if you need more time to talk, process emotions or lay on the crystal bed to close the session)

Brainspotting is a powerful therapeutic model developed by Dr. David Grand, PHD. This is a neuro-physical process with extraordinary psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual benefits. Brainspotting takes a mindfulness + brain science approach to healing trauma and balancing emotions, while also rewiring the brain! Brainspotting has changed my life and the lives of many clients that I've worked with. We operate under the Uncertainty Principle: this means we listen to the brain and body to tell us (the client and practitioner) where to go in the session. Instead of a top down approach, this is healing from the inside out. We flow, versus force. A lot of the empaths from the therapy world end up gravitating to brainsotting hehe.

Brains are like universes! When we let truths arise, our bodies know exactly what to do to help us heal! All we have to do is be present with ourselves, and trust the process. All pain an unresolved emotional issues are held in the body. A brain based somatic process is truly needed to fully let go and usher in a new paradigm of psychological consciousness. 

A brainspot is a point in the client's direct field of vision that stimulates neural network activity around any type of activated issue. In session, we will look at what's coming up in life. Then, we identify emotional truths around that life experience, without any judgement. We can then create a mind/body connection, engaging the nervous system in this process and find a brainspot or two that activates and releases emotions around the issue. Neurons fire. It feels kinda trippy, and the brain rewires itself creating new neural networks.

Because the eyes are connected to the part of the brain that holds pain, trauma, and core beliefs; we can use vision to locate a brainspot and release stored emotional baggage through a somatic, neuro -physical process of letting go. 

Combine this with crystal bed therapy for the ultimate expansion session, or switch between brainspotting and crystal bed therapy until all issues are resolved for a total and complete healing system!

Every energy session includes: chakra balancing, cord cutting, hook removal, spirit attachment release, entity release, soul retrieval and a quantum light bath while listening to healing music.

First we chat over zoom. Then relax and listen to my healing music while I use the crystal light table as if you were in the room with me. I am completely tuned into your energy field whether you're in my La Jolla office or not! From a quantum perspective, energy knows no bounds of time or space. Sometimes we all need the right neutral witness to be attuned to our hearts and beings. Hi, I'm Kalisa! If you resonate with me, know that I am here for you. I don't know a ton of people who had absolutely perfect childhoods, or find themselves without need of exploring the more delicate and refined issues of life, purpose, depth, and growth within the human condition. Life guidance is prevalent in all my sessions, but sometimes we just need someone to talk to. If you need emotional support, guidance around life, or a nurturing, loving presence to hold space for your growth, I would be honored to hold that space. It is my privilege and the reason I am here. I often incorporate an iparts therapy from the neuro-experiential model, into my sessions. This means I guide clients to work with parts of themselves that need healing through an engaged, subconscious mindfulness process.

The ENERGY CLASS is like a spiritual workout for the mind, body and spirit. Kalisa worked at Google leading meditation and mindfulness for several years through the pandemic, realizing a powerful way for corporations to bring support into the workplace. It is an online group mindfulness meditation designed to create and sustain an integrated, foundational connection to your highest potential. Building that connection overtime empowers you to honor the more of who you actually are! Outside behaviors change when we transform on the inside, first. In these groups, angelic energies, supportive community, and miraculous insights open to the participants. This class helps employees with stress levels, empowerment, getting gas in the tank, and emotional support.

In every group session, we calm the breath, body and mind through meditation techniques. Then, I guide the group through positive visualizations and energy activations to support clearing, balancing and purifying the energy field. We clear chakras, release heavy energy, balance the multidimensional bodies, cut cords, remove hooks and ground into the body and present moment. I teach organically and guide by higher direction.
